If you consistently perform Pilates exercises regularly only four times a week for just three months, you will find your body development approaching the ideal, accompanied by renewed mental vigor and spiritual enhancement. It will give you a natural grace in the way you walk, run or travel for long distances without undue body fatigue or mental strain.
It's your introductory session to Pilates. We get to know your body and you yours! We work on the precision and flow, creating a very unique experience for your body and mind. At the end of this workshop we stay for another 15 minutes to answer all your questions.
