The 3 “Intro to Pilates” equipment sessions are KEY to getting results. These classes allow you to work with your own private Pilates teacher. We will help you identify the areas to work on and teach you how to properly use the Pilates equipment in the studio. These 3 sessions fulfill the prerequisite for taking any of our Pilates classes.
